I have finally completed it!

A Carpet mod (fabric-carpet) extension. There are some interesting features, The default settings will not have any impact on Minecraft.

A list of rules and more information can be found in the CCA's documentation

The usage method is basically the same as Carpet,Just replace/carpetwith/cca. The rules are saved incca.conf

Operation command:/cca

Note: Prior to v1.10.0, you may need to install fabric-api

Note that issues with unsupported versions will be closed

Currently not supported below 1.19.4

I'm using the Yarn mappings to de-obfuscate Minecraft and insert patches.
