Create: Individual Train Speeds

A simple Create mod addon that allows you to individually change parameters of your create mod trains like Acceleration and Top Speed.

Adds a new "configure" button in the Create mod Train Station UI. This will take you to a configutration screen where you can change the parameters Train Acceleration, Train Top Speed and Train Turning Top Speed individually for every train.

This is useful for when you have different kinds of trains like heavy cargo trains and high speed passenger trains.
