Cooldown API

This api add cooldown for place or break blocks, you can start or stop cooldown on both mouse buttons.

How to use API:

1. download mod
2. open folder project
3. make folder libs
4. place mod to libs
5. In build.gradle add dependencies - implementation files('libs/cooldown_api-1.0.jar')

Cooldown_api.startSeconds(1.0f, Type.LEFT); <- 1.0f is timer, Type.LEFT is button, you can use Type.LEFT or Type.RIGHT
