Command: Chorus

Adds a new /chorus command to the game that randomly teleports entities like a chorus fruit.

Command Examples:

• /chorus chorus fruit teleports the player who used the command
• /chorus @a chorus fruit teleports all players
• /chorus Steve 0.5 50% chance to chorus fruit teleport Steve

This command requires a permission level of 2 (Operator)
