This mod provides a quick and easy way for users to save and load their favorite teams.
This mod adds a side panel to the Cobblemon PC that allows players to save and load Pokémon from their party slots without digging through menus to find them every time.
To use this mod, simply open the Cobblemon PC UI and then place the Pokémon you want to save in your party slots. After everything is arranged just accordingly, choose “Save” and pick a team. Now, if you change the Pokémon in your party, you can choose “Load” and pick that team name again, and your Pokémon will be moved back into your party.
This mod also offers the ability to rename your teams by right-clicking on any of the teams to bring up the “Team Details” window. Here you can see what Pokémon are saved to that team, rename the team, or reset it entirely if you wish.
Users may also choose to have their Pokémon put back into a specific box/slot when loading another team. By default, the mod will keep track of what box/slot a Pokémon was in before it was saved into a team, then when loading another team, it will attempt to put it back in that same spot. If for any reason it cannot, it will move it to the first available box/slot and notify you on screen. - Working on a way to make this better so that you can manually choose a box/slot as their home location.
A few people have asked me if there is any risk of losing Pokémon so I wanted to post this here: There is absolutely no risk of losing Pokémon because of this mod. This is a completely client-side mod, which means it only uses the APIs provided by Cobblemon to move your Pokémon. The Minecraft server is still the source of truth, so if you were to crash in the middle of moving Pokémon then the server either got the packet before you crashed and processed it, or no packet was ever sent and your Pokémon stayed where it was at before you crashed.
