Cobblemon More Level Up Moves

This datapacks adds more level-up moves to cobblemon to not feel limited or frustrating, primarily aiming to give starters more variety of type special/physical (whether is the highest stat) moves to use. Examples of this is how Totodile learns water gun as its only water type move until it evolves to Feraligatr at somewhere around level 50+ to learn aqua tail. This datapack allows starter lines similar to Totodile's case to learn more moves leveling up like aqua jet and liquidation.

Some starters such as Bulbasaur are not getting any damaging poison type moves levelling up and with this datapack, the bulbasaur line gets to learn sludge and sludge bomb while levelling up

This datapack also buffs some starters by giving them moves that are not learn in the original pokemon games, like Typhlosion learning earth power and Greninja learning night daze.

Majority of the moves that are learn will be egg moves like Cinderace finally levelling up to learn High Jump Kick and some TM moves like Empoleon learning flash cannon.
