Chroma Tools & Utilities

Chroma: Tools & Utilities expands the game with a wide range of new items, entities, structures, and additional content. At its core, the mod introduces three large and unique tool classes that offer new ways to interact with the world.

Alongside these tools, the mod adds special items known as Crystal Relicts, which function like magical utilities. These include tools capable of felling entire trees or torches that rapidly burn down nearby enemies. The mod is further complemented by Pets, unique companions that assist the player in various ways.

All features are carefully balanced and designed to stay close to the style and feel of the vanilla game.

Overall, the mod adds three new tool and armor classes that give players more creative freedom while introducing subtle visual effects. These additions also help expand the game’s late-game experience. The items themselves feature highly unique visual designs.

Crystal Relicts are crafted using one of three different crystals, each of which can be obtained in a unique way. These items are especially powerful, as they contain special abilities such as felling trees across a large area, enabling an impressive dash through a feather, and much more.

Pets act as powerful companions at the player’s side. They can assist in combat, permanently defend a base, and are planned to support the player in additional ways in the future. Pets can also be packed into the inventory at any time, allowing for convenient and fast travel.
