General functionality

What this mod changes, exactly:

  • Significantly improves multiplayer (and singleplayer) preformance
  • Fixes the game crashing (often on multiplayer) due to an unprotected config setup
  • Certain events, like fast footsteps or player_101 sometimes crashed the game, now they dont
  • The Administrator simply refused to spawn. His old spawn system has been entirely replaced by a system that will ensure you will see him more often.
  • A few internals that could (and probably did) cause compatibility issues have been safeguarded
The Administrator's new spawn system The administrator will now run on a cycle. This cycle starts being relevant when the core is nearing it's "full" stage, usually around day 15-ish. From here on out, every 2-3 days a dice with a 1 in 10 chance of succeeding is rolled. If this succeeds, The Administrator will attempt to spawn the administrator near a random player in a circle of 75-150 blocks away from them, unless one of the following is true:
  • The player is underground or in a cave.
  • The circle around the player is mostly water (indicating the player is in an ocean).
  • There's an active boss fight going on.

This timer and dice roll are only relevant in the overworld. Only players in the overworld are elligable for an administrator spawn and if the overworld is not loaded, the timer does not progress.
