This mod is make spawner and end portal frame breakable and obtainable in survival mode
Spawner
Spawner can only be destroy by using pickaxe any variants.
End Portal Frame
End Portal Frame can be destroy by using any items.
use my other mod called Craftable Items or something like that to make this mod more useful
