Blockfront - spawn vehicles in dedicated server

We are a lot to love Blockfront mod, one of the most impressive mod I ever saw since me first day on Minecraft in 2013. However... dedicated users know we can't spawn any vehicles when we are not in a match. I tried everything: datapack, tricky commands using mounted entity, manually edition of entity nbt file. Nothing. Nothing worked. There was one left solution: learn how to make a mods to patch it: and here we are. Please, have fun with vehicles in dedicated server.
