Black Market Tweaks

This is an addon to Vault Hunters which modifies the Black Market table.

It:

• Adds 2 common trades and 1 omega trade to the table
• Changes the Marketer expertise to unlock those new slots instead of adding rerolls
• Add a new (configurable) slot to the table which is used (similar to Bounty Pearls in the Bounty Table) to reroll the trades
