Summary

I know, I know. You're probably saying
"Oh look... Another Wither Skull DataPack/Mod".

Well unlike most that just make the drop chance 100% or super high. Mine increases it in a way more balanced than usual.

The rates are increased but not rediculous.

• No Looting = 5%
• Level 1 = 10%
• Level 2 = 15%
• Level 3 = 20%
