This mod adds R2-D2 as a fully vanilla-friendly droid companion, designed to blend naturally into the Minecraft world without breaking its visual style. Explore the desert, find Jawas, and trade with them. With a bit of luck, you might obtain a damaged R2-D2, which you can repair to turn him into your loyal companion on all your adventures.

CUSTOMIZE IT YOUR WAY

You can change R2-D2’s color using Minecraft dyes. The available colors are: pink, blue, black, gray, orange, green, yellow, and red.

HOW TO OBTAIN R2-D2

1. To get your own R2-D2, you’ll need to interact with Jawas, who spawn naturally in desert biomes.
2. They trade in a similar way to Piglins, and their main interest is iron ingots.
3. Offer them iron, and you’ll receive random items in return. If you're lucky, they might give you a Damaged R2-D2 Unit.
4. Repair it with a Wrench to bring your new droid companion back to life.
