Applied Generators

Applied Generators adds FE generators for AE2.

• Singularity Generator - generate FE by consuming singularities.
• Flux Generator - continuously generate FE at a constant speed.

This also adds FE Storage and some functional blocks.

• Flux Cell - can store FE like chests.
• Genesis Synthesizer - add recipes for this mod items or some AE2 items.
• Pattern Buffer - can store items which are ingredients in a pattern.
• Smelter - can smelt items using AE instead of fuels.
