Accurate Attack Indicator

When a player's hand get visually swung, the attack cooldown for items gets reset. This is noticable mainly when using an item in your offhand. When you place a block or throw a windcharge in your offhand, the cooldown for your mainhand weapon gets reset. Normally you aren't able to see it visually but this mod allows you to see it. Also works with spears allowing you to see when you can use lunge / attribute swap
