• Knife in the Dark - New item used to control the weather; kill any mob with it to make a sacrifice to the Powers that Be, either dissipating the storm or summoning it. Works no matter the time of day.

• Some sort of block or ritual to prevent all thunderstorms indefinitely
• Additional Knife functionality - sacrifice specific mobs or with specific items in the offhand for other rituals and functions w/plenty of cartoon violence
