Locate and activate the End Portal

Enter the End dimension

Destroy the End Crystals on top of obsidian pillars

Attack the Ender Dragon when it perches or flies low

A water bucket can save you from fall damage

Beds explode in the End and can damage the dragon

Slow Falling potions are very useful here
