Best Y-Level for Diamonds

The optimal level for diamond mining is Y: -59

Diamond ore generates between Y: -64 and Y: 16, but is most common at the very bottom of the world. However, bedrock starts at Y: -64, so Y: -59 gives you space to mine without hitting unbreakable bedrock.

Diamond Mining Methods
